Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Wellness Services department. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports and documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Wellness Services department, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Prepare reports and documents, including meeting minutes and other administrative materials.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including preparing materials and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Manage and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a non-profit or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time position, requiring 20 hours of work per week. Some evenings and weekends may be required. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
