Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, and email campaigns.
  • Social Media Management: Help manage and grow our presence on social media platforms, including creating posts, scheduling content, and monitoring engagement.
  • Email Marketing: Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns to promote services and company updates.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor strategies, providing insights to the marketing team.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Graphic Design: Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and digital assets.
  • Event Coordination: Help organize and promote company events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of promotional inventory for all locations, and order items when needed.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
