Job OverviewAs a Marketing Coordinator at MG Moving Services, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team in executing various marketing strategies to promote our services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing and a desire to contribute to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, and email campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Help manage and grow our presence on social media platforms, including creating posts, scheduling content, and monitoring engagement.
- Email Marketing: Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns to promote services and company updates.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor strategies, providing insights to the marketing team.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Graphic Design: Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and digital assets.
- Event Coordination: Help organize and promote company events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and preparing reports.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of promotional inventory for all locations, and order items when needed.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
