Senior Sales Executive - Business Development

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our Business Development team at Nuance Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the agriculture, food service, industrial distribution, retail, and specialty manufacturing markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships to increase sales and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales experience in the chemicals, sanitation, agriculture, or food service industries
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Preferred Qualifications:
  • EOS experience
  • Continued education/training for self-improvement
  • Experience working with CRM software
