Job Title: Senior Sales Account Executive

Job Summary:
Crete United is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing new business for our partners in Illinois. Your primary goal will be to attract new clients by establishing and retaining relationships, identifying and meeting their MEP requests, and ensuring they receive outstanding customer service from our MEP departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term relationships with customers to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives in the owner direct service, preventative maintenance, new construction, and retro-fit business.
  • Deliver new customers to achieve organizational and revenue objectives.
  • Master the Endorsed Partner strategic points of differentiation and deliver a targeted sales strategy to capitalize on it.
  • Be a true hunter of new business relationships and a world-class closer.

Requirements:
  • BA in business administration or similar relevant field experience.
  • 5+ years of sales experience within the Industrial, Construction/Service industry (MEP).
  • Demonstrable sales results and an established book of business.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude.
  • Proven ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment consistently and positively.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customer leaders of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles).
  • Ability to work independently and manage personal time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Strong writing, phone, and presentation skills.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
