Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive to join our team at KNZ Solutions Inc. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with enterprise-level commercial clients. You will be at the forefront of shaping our growth by managing and expanding enterprise-level commercial accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and acquire enterprise-level commercial accounts
* Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing complex, high-value deals with enterprise clients
* Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, department heads, and key decision-makers within large organizations
* Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, using these insights to refine sales strategies
* Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product management, to ensure solutions align with client specifications and compliance requirements

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field; a MBA is preferred
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise-level sales, with at least 2 years in a senior sales role focused on technology solutions or consulting services
* Proven track record of securing and managing large-scale enterprise accounts, consistently exceeding sales targets
* Expertise in selling complex solutions to C-level executives and other senior stakeholders within Fortune 500 or similarly sized organizations
* Strong leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead high-stakes discussions and close multi-million-dollar deals
