Job Title: Fire Protection Service Sales

Position Summary:

The Fire Protection Service Sales role is integral to our Service Team, focusing on the promotion and sale of Life Safety Services, including Preventative Maintenance and Service Repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales for Fire Life Safety Services.
  • Address deficiencies identified during inspections, as well as manage preventative maintenance and service repairs.
  • Engage with existing clients to ensure compliance with preventative maintenance agreements.
  • Provide timely quotes for deficiencies identified during Life Safety Inspections, ensuring completion within 48 hours.
  • Conduct site assessments to compile material lists and prepare customer proposals.
  • Draft detailed written quotes outlining the scope of services offered.
  • Maintain prompt follow-up with clients to secure sales.
  • Assist clients with emergency situations and technical inquiries.
  • Support the Service Field Superintendent, Coordinator, and Sales Team as required.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of organization.
  • Adapt to schedule changes and varying daily tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of NFPA Fire Protection codes.
  • Experience in estimating for various sprinkler projects, including tenant improvements and repairs.
  • Demonstrated sales success in related fields.
  • Experience in Fire Sprinkler Design is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Life Safety concepts, particularly in Sprinkler and Fire Alarm systems.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, capable of working independently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a positive team-oriented attitude.
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in computer usage and common software applications.
  • Ability to manage processes and make informed decisions.
  • Focus on process improvement initiatives.
