Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of this role is to collaborate with the Service Team to promote and sell Life Safety Services, including Preventative Maintenance and Service Repair Quotes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales for Fire Life Safety Services.
- Address deficiencies identified during inspections, manage preventative maintenance, and facilitate service repairs.
- Engage with existing Inspection Agreement clients to ensure compliance with preventative maintenance schedules.
- Provide timely quotes for deficiencies identified during Life Safety Inspections, ideally within 48 hours.
- Assess work requests, compile material lists on-site, and prepare comprehensive proposals for clients.
- Draft detailed written quotes outlining the scope of services offered.
- Maintain prompt follow-up with clients to secure sales.
- Assist clients with emergency situations and provide technical support as needed.
- Support the Service Field Superintendent, Coordinator, and other sales personnel as required.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective multitasking skills.
- Adapt to schedule changes as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with NFPA Fire Protection codes.
- Experience in estimating costs for various sprinkler projects, including tenant improvements and repairs.
- Demonstrated sales proficiency.
- Experience in Fire Sprinkler Design is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Life Safety systems, particularly in Sprinkler and Fire Alarm technologies.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, capable of working independently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a positive team-oriented attitude.
- Commitment to prioritizing customer service.
- Proficient in computer usage and common software applications.
- Ability to manage processes and make informed decisions.
- Focus on process improvement initiatives.
