Begin your journey with us.Job Overview:The Strategic Partnerships Manager will be responsible for promoting guided travel, establishing new accounts, and nurturing relationships with clients and travel professionals. By traveling throughout their designated territory, they will advocate for Collette travel experiences, assist partner marketing initiatives, and engage with prospective travelers.Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Collette, collaborating with travel professionals to enhance revenue within the assigned territory.
  • Achieve B2B and B2C sales through effective communication and analytical thinking.
  • Strategically seek new business opportunities to boost revenue.
  • Comprehend existing and potential partnerships to align with sales objectives.
  • Utilize data to monitor outcomes and align activities with revenue targets.
  • Work in conjunction with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Educate travel professionals about the Collette brand and its offerings.
  • Engage in educational programs and events.
Knowledge & Skills:
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
  • A proven track record of success and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in business dealings.
  • A growth-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous development.

  • Willingness to travel extensively.
Collette offers a comprehensive benefits package, competitive salaries, uncapped commission opportunities, and bonus plans.Starting Annual Salary: $60,000
