Role Summary:

  • Engage with upper management, Research & Development, and Engineering teams to identify and target key market segments.
  • Generate new client leads through networking initiatives and industry-related events.
  • Demonstrate the company's capabilities in rapid prototyping and integrated molding to cultivate robust client partnerships.
  • Effectively manage market intelligence and competitor analysis.
  • Assess and prioritize potential leads to establish a successful sales pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in the sales of injection molding services.
  • Experience within the aerospace sector is essential.
  • Proven track record in value-based selling methodologies.
  • Self-driven and proactive professional.
  • A college degree is preferred.
