Business Development Director

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to drive growth and expansion at Einstein Bros. Bagels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective business strategies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations, developing and implementing growth strategies, training low-level managers and staff, creating and managing budgets, improving revenue, hiring employees, evaluating performance and productivity, analyzing accounting and financial data, researching and identifying growth opportunities, and generating reports and giving presentations.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and proactive.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and expansion.
- Overseeing daily business operations and ensuring efficient execution.
- Training and developing low-level managers and staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Creating and managing budgets to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Improving revenue through effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Hiring and evaluating employees to ensure a high-performing team.
- Generating reports and giving presentations to stakeholders.
