Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and qualify new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research
- Conduct customer-centric needs assessments to understand specific technology requirements and challenges
- Develop and present customized solutions that address clients' specific needs and objectives
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners
- 0-2 years of business-to-business sales or customer-facing experience
- Ability to be proficient in Customer Resource Management (CRM) system and other sales tools
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
