IT Director

CPI Electron Device Business is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Information Systems to lead our IT operations and drive business growth.

The Director of Information Systems will be responsible for overseeing all IT operations, including systems development, enhancement, and maintenance. This individual will lead a team of IT professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline IT systems and drive business value.

• Oversee IT operations and supervise systems and IT staff
• Develop strategy for IT infrastructure, including computer and information systems, security, and communication systems
• Consult with senior-level stakeholders to identify business and technology needs
• Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services
• Create processes and standards for system selection, implementation, and support
• Analyze IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs and productivity levels
• Develop the IT budget and identify return on investment (ROI) for capital expenditures
• Ensure data security, network access, and backup systems
• Develop and implement protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of an emergency or data loss

• 10+ years of experience in IT operations, supervising technology teams, and driving large information technology projects
• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, and cybersecurity software
• Experience with Microsoft Product Suite, Office, G-Suite, and/or Office 365 Azure AD Connect
• Ability to troubleshoot advanced networking and server issues
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Department of Defense Security Clearance

CPI Electron Device Business offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $158,000 - $208,000 per year, as well as a range of comprehensive benefits, including medical, vision, and dental insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, and employee assistance programs.
