Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled, analytical, and results-oriented Product Sourcing Manager to support our expansive global supply chain, which operates across various locations, time zones, and hemispheres.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee the product sourcing strategy, including cost objectives, contract negotiations in collaboration with Legal and Hyve Management, business strategy formulation, and supplier capacity planning.
  • Establish a competitive sourcing framework that incorporates new supplier qualifications aimed at enhancing quality, reducing costs, and improving service and lead times.
  • Continuously identify and drive cost-saving initiatives, present proposals to management, implement strategies, and monitor progress.
  • Proactively develop secondary sourcing options for critical products to ensure business continuity, competitive pricing, superior quality, and operational flexibility.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to guarantee product compliance with all relevant standards and necessary country certifications for target markets.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify product conditions, challenges, and propose effective mitigation strategies to management.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for supplier-related issues.
  • Lead quarterly executive business reviews and product roadmaps with key suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Product Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Procurement, ideally within a high-tech manufacturing context.
  • 3+ years of direct experience in Supplier Management and Contract Negotiation.
  • Demonstrated success in driving cost reduction initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a process-oriented and customer-focused approach.
  • Exceptional business communication skills, both oral and written; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
  • Proficient relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence others.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, addressing new challenges daily.
