iMotion Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Referral Relations Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engaging with current and prospective referral sources, including healthcare providers, medical facilities, and community organizations, to support patients with terminal illnesses.
  • Establishing and nurturing referral partnerships through consistent communication to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
  • Developing strategic business plans and maintaining targeted outreach lists to effectively promote our brand.
  • Collaborating with online and social media marketing partners to enhance our outreach efforts.
  • Utilizing data-driven insights to manage and improve performance.
  • Expanding our network by acquiring new referrals.
  • Coordinating community engagement initiatives.
  • Organizing both in-person and virtual workshops.
  • Reconnecting with former patients.
  • Conducting outreach calls.

Qualifications:
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and diligent individual with a background in administrative support.
  • A genuine passion for assisting others, as this is central to our mission.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with a proven track record of completing tasks efficiently.
  • Basic mathematical skills are necessary for performing calculations and managing data.
