We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to enhance our offerings at The Mice Groups, Inc. This role is pivotal in shaping our product strategies and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Position: Product Manager

Contract Type: Temporary

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will support our Wet Clean Optimization (WCO) service, focusing on the maintenance of semiconductor capital equipment, development of video procedures, validation of mechanical fixtures, and user acceptance testing of service software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute significantly to the design and delivery of services that meet our customers' needs.
  • Develop and maintain effective solutions while collaborating with field support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Participate in a rapidly growing division, gaining insights into advanced etch and deposition hardware.
  • Manage timelines and logistics for new WCO service products, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Conduct technical assessments for new maintenance procedures and address customer requests for changes.
  • Work closely with senior engineers to clarify and improve maintenance documentation.
  • Collaborate with media experts to create engaging multimedia procedures for various products.
  • Lead the optimization of maintenance procedure structures and customer-focused content.
  • Design and evaluate hardware testing for maintenance support, providing feedback to engineering teams.
  • Test and validate new software applications, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Present project updates and results to management in both formal and informal settings.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Experience in mechanical design and proficiency in CAD software (NX/Creo preferred, Solidworks acceptable).
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Detail-oriented with a thorough approach to project execution.
  • Ability to produce technical documentation effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently.
  • Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment with appropriate safety gear.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor equipment and maintenance practices.
  • Experience with version control and document management systems.
  • Knowledge of agile software development, particularly in C++ or similar languages.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as VBA or MATLAB.
  • Experience in filming and video editing is advantageous.
  • Graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop are a plus.
  • Experience with 3D animation software and CAD optimization is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation for this contract role will be determined based on market conditions and the candidate's qualifications.
