Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Representative to join our team at La Quinta Inn & Suites Wyndham Auburn. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a positive guest experience by ensuring accurate financial transactions and timely reporting.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to hotel management and department heads.
  • Perform bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required.
  • Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records, including room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, and final bill preparation.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred but not required.
  • Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are essential.
  • Proficiency with computers is required, with experience in reservation and accounting software desired.
Compensation:

$18.50 - $19 per hour based on experience.
