About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our front desk team at Hampton Inn. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations at the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, handling room assignments and payments accurately.
