Job Overview

At Hampton Inn - Auburn Hills North, we are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, maintaining guest service quality, and achieving budgeted revenues and expenses.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, with a minimum of 1 year experience in night audit, 2 years in front desk operations, and 1 year in direct sales or retail trade, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise front desk staff, including hiring, firing, performance evaluations, training, and development.
  • Maintain standards of guest service quality and contribute to the profitability and guest satisfaction perception of other hotel departments.
  • Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses and maximize profitability related to the guest services department.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
