About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at the Great Lakes Hospitality Group.

Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Supervision: Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Service Standards: Maintain high standards of guest service quality, contributing to increased satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Revenue Management: Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses, optimizing room occupancy and average daily rate management.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement short-term and long-term financial and operational plans for the guest services department.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field, and minimum 3 years relevant experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Salary:

$80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
