Drive Business Growth with Auto Glass Sales

Auto Glass Now, a leading auto glass repair and replacement company, is seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at select customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction through exceptional service and valuable insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve accounts and visit clients in a defined market area
  • Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities
  • Create demand for the organization's products and services by raising its profile with customers
  • Achieve revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account
  • Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven sales experience
  • Business acumen
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Candidates with sales experience in the Glass Industry or working with Insurance carriers are highly preferred
