Practice Support Manager - Aesthetics

Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Practice Support Manager to join our team. As a Practice Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing support to ensure the successful implementation of our medical devices in the aesthetics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales teams and provide exceptional client support post-sales
  • Manage and nurture assigned sales accounts to drive business growth
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies for new clients
  • Mentor clients on marketing new product services and provide training on best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging social media content and marketing materials
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and increase business
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and attend training sessions as needed
  • Travel to client sites to provide on-site support and training

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Practice Support or Client Success Manager in the aesthetics industry
  • Aesthetics sales experience required
  • Strong social media marketing skills and experience with Meta Post Scheduling (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Canva
  • Ability to travel within the territory as needed

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary of $75,000
  • Year 1 performance-based bonus of $150,000 - $250,000
  • Uncapped commissions
  • Car allowance and full benefits package
