About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Service Sales Manager to join our team at Carrier. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with national and regional account customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and revenue within assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at national and regional account customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and present complex sales proposals and contracts to customers.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales activity reports and forecasts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of the industrial and data center market.
  • Experience presenting to C-Suite level clientele.
  • Related professional certifications.
