Key Responsibilities:
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with structured settlement recipients to negotiate the purchase of future payment streams.
- Financial Needs Assessment: Assess customer financial needs and propose suitable structured settlement solutions.
- Deal Closure: Maintain diligence in planning, follow-up, and deal closure by assisting customers with necessary documentation.
- Revenue Analysis: Analyze cost and revenue to ensure profitability.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Consistently execute daily activities to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Prospecting: Use company database and cold calling techniques to continuously add new prospects to the pipeline and drive incremental sales growth.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Inside Sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong accountability, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of successfully building a sales pipeline and closing deals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to build trust and confidence in others.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve daily targets without supervision.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
