We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Service Sales Manager to join our team at Carrier. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth and expand our market share.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, including C-Level executives, VP of Operations, and Directors of Facilities.

  • Collaborate with our field sales and service teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Prepare and negotiate complex sales contracts with our customers.

  • Partner with our operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales agreements.

  • Provide sales support and coaching to our field sales and service teams to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or engineering.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the HVAC industry.

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop effective sales strategies.

  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
