Position Overview:
This customer support role requires regular interaction with clients and colleagues, necessitating a consistently positive demeanor, respect, and courtesy. While customer service remains the primary focus, a significant portion of the responsibilities involves computer usage, demanding a high level of concentration due to the fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to pilots and passengers, including:
- Fuel orders
- Online scheduling
- Notifications regarding arrivals and departures
- Clear verbal and written instructions
- Vehicle rental bookings
- Hotel and catering arrangements
- Handling personal vehicles and aircraft keys
- Manage communications through various channels such as phone, radio, email, and fax.
- Enter data related to invoicing, payment processing, and fuel records.
- Support general upkeep and restocking of the pilot and passenger areas with refreshments and supplies.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Two to four years of relevant experience in a similar field.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Basic math proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Minimum typing speed requirement.
- Professional appearance is essential.
- Must successfully complete pre-employment drug screening and background checks in accordance with FAA and DOT regulations.
