Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
  2. Utilize proprietary software to send regular updates and maintain communication logs.
  3. Address client inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
  4. Provide updates on project milestones and potential challenges.
  5. Collaborate with project managers and financial teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is essential.
  • Experience in customer service, ideally within a project-driven sector.
  • Familiarity with CRM or project management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
  • Proactive communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. This position offers flexibility while aligning with Eastern Time Zone business hours.
