The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions throughout various project phases, ensuring timely updates and accurate information dissemination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize proprietary software to send regular updates and maintain communication logs.
- Address client inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- Provide updates on project milestones and potential challenges.
- Collaborate with project managers and financial teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is essential.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within a project-driven sector.
- Familiarity with CRM or project management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Proactive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. This position offers flexibility while aligning with Eastern Time Zone business hours.
