Job Overview

Core Objective: The primary aim is to secure complete market dominance within designated categories, channels, and regions while executing strategic initiatives to achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Strategic Development: Effectively design and implement sales programs and strategies for key distributors within the assigned region, focusing on converting, promoting, and solidifying essential categories for Freud / Diablo.

Growth Planning: Strategically plan for growth on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis while adhering to the Travel and Expense (T&E) budget.

Administrative Duties: Responsibilities include scheduling, order placement, presentation development, suggested orders, and other administrative tasks that foster a collaborative effort in enhancing the territory's market share and sales volume.

Territory Management: Build a sustainable territory to meet the goals and metrics established by management.

Travel Requirements: Overnight travel may be required up to 5 days per month to engage with customers and develop the territory as assigned.
