About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in a specific region. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key decision-makers in the public and private sectors, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region, building relationships with key decision-makers and developing a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Lead the sales process from initial contact to close, including needs assessment, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute regional marketing campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, and other sales enablement activities.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to senior leadership, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the public and private sectors, including key decision-makers, buying processes, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
