Job Description

At I3 Broadband LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our reach and selling broadband services to business customers within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell and promote broadband services and bundled voice and data services to commercial customers in serviceable areas.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our 100% Fiber-to-the-Premise (FTTP) connection.
  • Match businesses with customized services that best fit their needs, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Take the initiative to independently set your schedule and plan your day, prioritizing tasks and achieving daily objectives and goals.
  • Achieve company-established sales targets, prospecting, closing standards, and sales production standards.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in training sessions, civic organizations, community events, and sales meetings, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to support the team and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, independent, and goal-oriented, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Willingness to train, accept feedback, and learn the job according to I3 Broadband LLC standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Computer proficiency, passion for technology, and basic understanding of consumer electronics.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Prior experience in a sales role is required, with previous business-to-business sales experience preferred (Ethernet, VoIP, GIS).
  • A valid driver's license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record are required.
  • Successful applicants will need to pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle records check.

Physical Requirements:

  • The ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to sit and drive for extended periods, with excellent vision and hearing.
