Business Development Representative

At I3 Broadband LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our reach and selling broadband services to business customers within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and promote broadband services and bundled voice and data services to commercial customers in serviceable areas.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our 100% Fiber-to-the-Premise (FTTP) connection.
- Match businesses with customized services that best fit their needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Take the initiative to independently set your schedule and plan your day, prioritizing tasks and goals to achieve sales targets.
- Meet and exceed company-established sales goals, prospecting, closing standards, and sales production standards.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, providing insights into sales performance and areas for improvement.
- Participate in training sessions, civic organizations, community events, and sales meetings to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to support the team and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated, independent, and goal-oriented individual with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality, with a willingness to train and learn according to company standards.
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
- Prior experience in a sales role, with previous business-to-business sales experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to sit and drive for extended periods, with a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
