Automotive Business Development Center Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Business Development Center Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying their vehicle needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and follow up with potential customer leads received via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership
- Provide outstanding customer service skills and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Learn, understand, and follow call and email scripts to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
- Set, confirm, and follow up on appointments for sales and service
- Perform surveys with customers to gather feedback and improve our services
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with customers
- Strong multi-tasking and organization skills
- Basic computer proficiency
