Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is responsible for handling incoming calls from existing customers, addressing a wide range of customer issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls from existing customers and address their inquiries, concerns, and issues.
  • Assist customers with general inquiries, make payments, and provide information regarding claims.
  • Handle customer concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure customer retention.
  • Work closely with finance and administration teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and customer-first approach to deliver exceptional service to all customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on products and services offered by CarShield.
Requirements
  • Ability to work on-site at our headquarters in St. Peters, MO.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to present oneself well over the phone.
  • Highly coachable and able to effectively multi-task.
  • 1+ years' experience in a call center environment.
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Must be able to be licensed by the State of Missouri (application process and fee supported by company).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
