We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Business Development Center team at Chevrolet of Smithtown. As an Automotive BDC Representative, you will play a critical role in monitoring and following up with potential customer leads, providing outstanding customer service, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and follow up with potential customer leads received via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure repeat business
  • Perform surveys with customers to gather feedback and improve our services
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a BDC center or call center is preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with customers
  • Strong multi-tasking and organization skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Verifiable work history
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
