Position Summary:
The Wonderful Company is on the lookout for a proactive eCommerce Sales and Analytics Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our retail sales and brand marketing teams to drive business expansion across our product range. You will spearhead the development and implementation of innovative eCommerce and omnichannel marketing strategies, significantly influencing our standing in the digital marketplace. Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance the business performance at Walmart and Sam's Club through eCommerce channels across The Wonderful Company’s diverse brand portfolio.
  • Act as the primary liaison with account managers at Walmart and Sam's Club.
  • Collaborate with The Wonderful Company eCommerce Team on overarching digital strategies and tactical planning to ensure alignment with broader brand initiatives.
  • Design, implement, monitor, assess, and refine campaign performance and marketing efforts.
  • Guarantee that the digital presence at Walmart and Sam's Club is comprehensive, precise, and optimized for visibility and conversion.
  • Continuously monitor content, pricing, reviews, ratings, competitors, and anomalies, taking necessary actions accordingly.
  • Work with the operations team to ensure timely fulfillment, compliance, and cost efficiency.
  • Conduct eCommerce analysis and reporting for Walmart and Sam's Club, preparing data and insights for cross-functional discussions and presentations, including senior leadership briefings.
  • Engage in negotiations with key customer account representatives.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, eCommerce, trade marketing, or sales.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales analytics or working with large data sets in an eCommerce context.
  • Experience with Walmart or Sam's Club is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Comprehensive understanding of online marketing and eCommerce.
  • Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and exploring the digital landscape.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives in independent work yet values teamwork in a dynamic environment.
  • Highly organized and technically proficient.
  • Able to distill complex information into clear and concise presentations.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and proofreading abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
