We are a leading apparel manufacturer seeking a highly skilled Sales Planning & Analytics Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Weekly Performance Analysis**: Maintain and communicate weekly sales performance by utilizing sales reports and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • **Departmental Performance Monitoring**: Monitor overall analysis of each department/program performance by store, style, silhouette, etc. to identify areas for improvement.
  • **Merchandise Meetings**: Attend and present in merchandise meetings to discuss business trends and understand strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • **Sales Planning**: Develop sales plans that drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
  • **Replenishment Collaboration**: Work with Replenishment to identify sales trends, in-stock concerns, re-order opportunities, etc. to optimize inventory management.
  • **Omni Channel Inventory Management**: Monitor Omni channel inventory to ensure timely delivery of goods, meeting customer expectations.
  • **EDI Order Approval**: Approve EDI orders, ensuring accurate and efficient order processing.
  • **Ecommerce Order Management**: Create and submit ecommerce orders, streamlining online sales processes.
  • **CAD Maintenance**: Maintain CADs and communicate changes to internal teams, ensuring seamless operations.
  • **Sample Management**: Maintain samples, ensuring accurate product representation.
  • **Ecommerce Site Optimization**: Monitor and improve ecommerce site, enhancing customer experience and driving sales.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, or related field.
  • Apparel industry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Excel. Power BI experience a plus.
  • Basic Retail Link experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
