As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for delivering advanced analytics solutions to our clients, leveraging your expertise in customer analytics, ecommerce analytics, and site analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions to help clients address strategic, tactical, and operational business problems.
  • Lead business teams in analyzing the performance and trends of ecommerce channels, assessing the impact of digital campaigns, and providing insights into omni-channel engagements.
  • Use advanced data analytics techniques to estimate the potential target customer base for digital campaigns and analyze growth opportunities for brands.
  • Develop and manage delivery of multiple analytics projects, including monitoring progress, meeting with teams to review project status, and identifying project risks and planning to mitigate them.
  • Support project leads and analyst teams to understand customer business needs and the scope of projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related quantitative field, or Master's degree in Computer Science or related quantitative field.
  • 5 years of experience in customer analytics, ecommerce analytics, and site analytics in the retail and/or CPG industry, or 3 years of experience with a Master's degree.
  • Prior experience in leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning solutions, predictive modeling, data mining, segmentation, and data visualization.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, ETL automation, and project management.
  • Ability to work with global teams and communicate effectively.

What We Offer

Kantar is committed to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment where employees feel valued and empowered to succeed. We offer a competitive salary range of $131,040 to $180,000, based on location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education, and certifications.
