Join us in transforming the online shopping landscape The Senior Manager of Site Merchandising for eCommerce Site Operations plays a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience on our digital platforms. This position is essential for guiding the visual merchandising, content strategy, and campaign execution for a specific department within our Strategic Business Units (SBUs). You will spearhead initiatives that drive innovation and create a seamless online shopping journey for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing Customer Experience: You will be responsible for crafting an exceptional site experience for your department, utilizing customer insights to develop a cohesive narrative that ensures a smooth customer journey. This includes overseeing visual merchandising, content strategy, and site functionality.
  • Strategic Storytelling: Your role will involve identifying key trends and defining the storytelling roadmap for your department, leveraging functionalities like taxonomy and search to enrich the customer journey.
  • Performance Monitoring: You will manage the development of site metrics and dashboards to assess site health, providing strategic insights to stakeholders to influence overall site direction.
  • Collaborative Partnership: As a strategic partner, you will work closely with various internal teams to enhance processes, identify opportunities, and promote best practices, ensuring continuous improvement in the site's strategic execution.
  • Operational Excellence: You will implement efficient workflows and processes, embedding operational excellence into all aspects of your work while mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Merchandising, Site Merchandising, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Business or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in team management.
  • 4+ years of experience in a consumer-focused e-commerce environment.
  • Strong customer focus with a commitment to building an optimal site experience.
  • Analytical mindset with a comfort in making data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to set clear objectives and performance metrics for the team.
  • Proven ability to develop future leaders within the team.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
