About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily business operations, ensuring seamless execution of business plans and strategies.

  • Train and mentor lower-level managers and staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Create and manage budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Improve revenue streams through innovative marketing and sales strategies.
  • Hire, coach, and discipline employees to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Evaluate performance and productivity, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Analyze accounting and financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Research and identify growth opportunities, exploring new markets and partnerships.
  • Generate reports and present findings to stakeholders.
