Senior Financial Consultant - Executive Support

Position Overview

This position serves as a crucial business partner to various operational levels, facilitating ongoing enhancements and promoting best practices across the organization. The primary responsibilities include:
  • Timely preparation and thorough analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial outcomes.
  • Conducting a wide range of analyses, such as variance assessments, Line-of-Business evaluations, trend assessments, and profitability analyses for customers, vendors, and items.
  • Interpreting and assessing complex financial data from multiple systems to determine financial performance and trends.
  • Presenting financial results and analytical reports to management at branch, regional, and divisional levels.
  • Providing financial guidance to field operations to enhance their business units.
  • Collaborating with the Division FP&A team to streamline processes for improved efficiency, accuracy, and timely reporting.
  • Supporting planning and forecasting initiatives for the assigned regions.
Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate should possess strategic thinking capabilities alongside practical problem-solving skills, complemented by strong analytical and communication abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • CPA certification is advantageous.
  • 3-5 years of relevant financial experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential, particularly advanced skills in Excel and QuickBooks.
