Senior Sales Executive

The Global Sales Manager for Tier 1 CPUs will oversee worldwide revenue generation and design-win initiatives, leading the coordination of reference design adoption among OEMs and ODMs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with multiple Tier 1 SoC business units to drive demand creation.
- Implement platform and solution selling strategies, serving as the primary contact for SoC designs by collaborating with AOS product lines and the Asia sales team.
- Support customer designs across various business units within the SoC domain.
- Act as the program manager for all board programs, including reference and direct build projects.
- Facilitate customer engagement and coordinate with relevant stakeholders (Business Units, Marketing, Sales, and Field Applications Engineering) to manage the design-in to design-won cycle effectively.
- Collaborate with local AOS FAE and Asia sales teams to manage CRM tracking, aiming to exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- Oversee pricing, sampling, forecasting, revenue, and design wins to meet or surpass yearly objectives.
- Encourage collaboration with AOS FAE, local sales, and product lines to support end customer business units.
- Work with end customer FAE and team members in Asia to secure reference design wins for key accounts.
- Provide competitive analysis and recommend optimal AOS solutions to customers.
- Track design opportunities from initial discussions to final production stages.
- Manage customer production forecasts and annual operating plans for key accounts.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%, both domestically and internationally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE).
- Experience with multiphase controllers, Vcore, DrMOS, and SPS, particularly within Tier 1 SoC business units.
- Knowledge of power management solutions, including POL, MOSFETs, SPS, and digital controllers for client and enterprise server markets.
- In-depth understanding of Tier 1 SoC business unit leads and key decision-makers.
- Preferred candidates will have direct sales experience in power management for GPUs and client computing applications.
- Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.
- Comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and data analysis is required.
