- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales team members.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in hotel sales or a related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales team members.
