About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Les Olson Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business objectives, priorities, and challenges.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in IT and print solutions to drive growth and profitability.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our team to develop and execute account business plans, aligned with our company strategy and sales leadership.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful sales engagements.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the IT and print industries, applying this knowledge to advise our clients on their digital journey.
Requirements
  • Education: University or Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Typically 6-10+ years of account management experience, with a strong background in IT and print solutions.
  • Skills: Proven track record of driving business growth, strategic planning, team leadership, and industry knowledge.
