This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and successful delivery within CHG's Enterprise Client Solutions team. The Account Manager will oversee daily interactions and operations with established client accounts, guaranteeing an outstanding client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations regarding healthcare staffing requirements between clients and CHG.
- Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and fulfillment of all needs.
- Represent the organization in various professional environments to highlight the value of CHG and its offerings.
- Create, analyze, and present diverse reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze data to identify gaps, enhance processes, and propose solutions.
- Conduct project-related research and prepare presentations with minimal guidance.
- Maintain accuracy in all Excel and SharePoint documentation on a daily basis.
- Resolve issues while nurturing strong internal and external relationships.
- Facilitate meetings and calls effectively.
- Provide insights on business decisions regarding client contracts and process improvements.
- Drive effective communication with sales and business partners to maximize deliverability and market share.
- Contribute to a positive culture that encourages continuous improvement and shares best practices.
- Demonstrate accountability for meeting commitments and achieving results.
Qualifications
- Strong listening skills with the ability to deeply inquire into customer needs.
- Proficient in asking insightful questions and considering diverse perspectives.
- Ability to leverage industry knowledge to further CHG's objectives.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity in Salesforce and various database programs.

- Willingness to travel as necessary for business presentations.
Education & Experience
- College-level education or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 3 years in sales or healthcare staffing.
- Experience in building and maintaining business relationships is preferred.
