Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at mid-to-large-sized organizations.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in data solutions and cloud management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver sales enablement content and training programs.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
3+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in data solutions, SaaS, or PaaS.
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators.
Strong prospecting, qualifying, closing, and managing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals.
Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience selling open source software, NoSQL data technologies, or other modern data platforms.
Experience in enterprise management solutions, such as systems management, cloud management, log analytics, APM, or network monitoring.
