Job Overview

As an Enterprise Account Manager at T-Mobile, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion within a portfolio of high-value accounts. You will work closely with Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives to develop and execute account strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify Customer Needs: Apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services to customers.
  • Develop Account Strategy: Create and implement account plans to maintain and grow business by understanding the account's position in the market, their product/service, points of differentiation, and competitive landscape.
  • Monitor Sales Activity: Track and act on sales metrics specific to the customer to ensure business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build Relationships: Develop positive relationships with partners and clients to identify business problems that can be solved with T-Mobile solutions and products.
  • Meet with Clients: Regularly meet with clients and partners to develop strategy and outcomes while building relationships, establishing executive business connections, and attending industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities.
  • Manage Account Input: Coordinate and translate customer needs within internal departments and act as a liaison point to drive resolution to customer problems.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required), Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • Work Experience: 4-7 years B2B Enterprise Field Sales Experience, preferably working with Fortune 1K accounts (Required), Enterprise Account Management experience (Required), 2-4 years Telecom, Software, or Technology experience (Required)
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Business Planning, Ability to work independently and manage personal and team member deliverables and deadlines (Required), Business Strategy, Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude (Required), Sales Growth, Proven ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment consistently (Required), Communication, Ability to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles) (Required), Sales, Effective at managing account relationships, financial outcomes (reducing churn, addition of GAs, etc.), neutralizing detractors, and managing multiple sales programs and opportunity life cycle (Required)
