The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the enterprise market.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target accounts.
- Provide accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnels to meet or exceed sales quota requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Solutions/Technology experts, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Identify, bid on, negotiate, and close new sales opportunities to meet and exceed established sales and revenue quotas.
- Develop comprehensive account plans and strategies to win new business from existing accounts.
- Provide input to sales management on trends and changes taking place within customer organizations and make recommendations on future courses of action.
- Leverage strategic client relationships and external presence to achieve Lumen's strategic imperatives.
- Leverage your external network to identify and recruit high-performing talent to the team and build internal relationships with other leaders to provide win-win career opportunities to Lumen employees.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
- 5-7+ years' experience using a solution-based sales methodology for enterprise technology services in a consultative, complex, business-line sales process.
- Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills as well as proficiency in selling to the close.
- Proficiency in MS Office Products: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong business acumen and expert knowledge of Lumen's products, services, and solutions.
- Experience with preferred.
The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.
Location-Based Pay Ranges:
- $97,270 in Idaho.
- $102,380 in Montana and Utah.
- $107,500 in Oregon.
As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
What to Expect NextBased on your job application information, you may be given the opportunity to complete a video interview immediately after applying.
