About the Role

Gong is a leading provider of Revenue Intelligence solutions, helping businesses transform their revenue organizations by harnessing customer interactions to increase efficiency, improve decision-making, and accelerate growth. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a key role in acquiring new customers and creating loyal advocates for our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage prospects from lead to close, leveraging your expertise to navigate complex deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Land new business within greenfield territory, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value proposition of our Revenue Intelligence platform, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects.
  • Regularly iterate messaging to scale our outbound prospecting engine, ensuring consistent and effective communication with potential customers.
  • Engage and educate senior executives on the importance of the emerging Revenue Intelligence industry, validating Gong as a leader in this new market.
  • Partner with the Sales, Sales Engineering, and SDR teams to develop account-based sales strategies, uncovering value for go-to-market department leaders.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably with a sales tech solution and a focus on Financial Services, Healthcare, or Consulting organizations.
  • Track record of overachieving revenue targets of $1M+ and successfully navigating and closing six-figure deals.
  • Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience, with a strong understanding of the sales process and customer needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
