This role is essential for the success of our clients and is part of the Enterprise Client Solutions team at CHG Healthcare Services. The Account Manager will oversee daily interactions and workflows with existing client accounts, ensuring a superior client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations related to healthcare staffing requirements between clients and CHG.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to guarantee satisfaction and fulfillment of their needs.
- Represent the organization in various professional environments to showcase the value of CHG and its offerings.
- Create, analyze, and present diverse reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify gaps in processes through data analysis and propose effective solutions.
- Conduct project-related research and prepare presentations with minimal supervision.
- Maintain accurate records in Excel and SharePoint on a daily basis.
- Resolve issues while nurturing strong internal and external relationships.
- Facilitate meetings and calls to discuss client contracts and process enhancements.
- Communicate effectively with sales and business partners to maximize deliverability and achieve sales objectives.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture that encourages continuous improvement and shares best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong listening skills with the ability to deeply inquire into client needs.
- Proficient in asking insightful questions and valuing diverse perspectives.

- Willingness to travel as needed for business purposes.
Education & Experience
- College degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of three years in sales or healthcare staffing.
- Experience in building and maintaining business relationships is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
CHG Healthcare Services offers a competitive pay structure that reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. markets. The salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $235,000 annually, depending on location and relevant experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
