Position Overview
As a Senior Vice President in Public Finance Sales, you will play a pivotal role in managing institutional municipal accounts to enhance both secondary and new issue operations. Your expertise will be essential in fostering relationships that drive growth in municipal sales, trading, and public finance sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sales relationships to support the expansion of municipal sales and trading initiatives.
- Collaborate with municipal trading teams to establish and manage trading accounts and market relationships.
- Work closely with Public Finance teams to facilitate negotiated new issue transactions.
- Implement systems and processes that support the municipal sales and trading business.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of five years of experience in Institutional Municipal Sales.
- Established relationships with end accounts and street partners to support new issue and secondary sales.
- Proven experience collaborating with public finance bankers on new issue transactions.
- Comprehensive understanding of the broader debt capital markets.

Skills Required
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels, management, internal committees, and clients.
- Relevant FINRA licenses are required or must be obtained within the first 120 days of employment.
