Position Overview: The role involves promoting and selling MV neurovascular products within a designated region, providing essential technical support, and educating clients on the effective use of MV offerings. Additionally, the position requires managing the administrative and business relationships between assigned clients and MicroVention.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve or surpass sales targets within the assigned territory.
  2. Develop and nurture customer relationships to further business and sales goals.
  3. Oversee account management programs, including pricing strategies, inventory management, contracts, and promotional activities.
  4. Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other departments to enhance business operations in the territory.
  5. Participate in training sessions and business meetings to improve knowledge of new products, sales strategies, and clinical practices.
  6. Maintain and grow existing product sales while introducing new products to the customer base.
  7. Assist in training initiatives and represent the company at trade shows and sales meetings as necessary.
  8. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation: Salary range is $69,000 - $92,000, with potential adjustments based on education, experience, and skill set.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of proven success in a consultative sales role or Angio Suite sales experience.
  3. Ability to read and interpret scientific and technical literature, financial reports, and legal documents.
  4. Excellent communication skills are essential.
  5. Strong time management capabilities.
  6. Ability to address common inquiries or complaints from clients.
  7. Proficient in delivering presentations to medical and business professionals.
  8. Capability to educate others on complex business and sales issues.
  9. BA/BS Degree is required.
  10. Skilled in problem-solving, data collection, fact establishment, and drawing valid conclusions.
  11. Able to collaborate effectively with others on projects.
  12. Competent in analyzing market data and conducting sales analyses.
